What is the Cost of eMatrix skin rejuvenation?

Because every patient is different, the cost of your treatment will come after a consultation with one of our board-certified dermatologists. During this time, the two of you will reach a complete understanding regarding your cosmetic goals and the treatment required. Our office also accepts CareCredit® and Alphaeon™ Credit to help you get the necessary treatment.

How long will it take to heal?

After your treatment, your skin may appear red and feel sunburned. These symptoms typically resolve within 72 hours. Applying moisturizer to your skin can help alleviate the symptoms. You should always use sunscreen of SPF 30 or higher after undergoing treatment with the eMatrix system.

A topical anesthesia is used to numb the treatment area and help you remain comfortable during the procedure.

How soon will I see results?

Dear Patients,

Our providers and staff recognize that we are all faced with difficult times as this pandemic continues to unfold throughout our area. However, the continuation of your care remains our top priority!

At this time, our New York City office is temporarily closed.

In our effort to provide you with the highest level of service, the Hackensack and Hillsborough NJ offices will remain open until further notice with limited hours of availability. We ask for your understanding with our protocols on hand washing and social distancing when you arrive for your appointment. Please do not come to the office if you are experiencing a cough, fever, shortness of breath, or other symptoms associated with COVID-19.

Should you prefer not to visit the office in person, our providers are now offering virtual office visits. This is commonly known as telemedicine, or in this case, teledermatology. Our dedicated concierge team will assist you in scheduling a virtual appointment with your provider, including those in the New York City office.

Currently, the government mandates that the only way to have these virtual visits is to communicate via FaceTime, Skype, Zoom, or WhatsApp video. This is because your medical providers needs to see you, and you can show the provider the problem area of your body that you are concerned about. You will also be able to discuss any other issues regarding your ongoing care or for any new skin concerns you may have. Your provider may tell you that an in-person visit may be required for testing or more in-depth examination. In that case, a concierge team member will reach out to schedule an in-office visit.

We have set aside times for all of our medical providers to call you for your virtual appointment.

Please be aware that virtual visits must be billed to your medical health insurance just as they would for an in-person office visit. If your insurance has recently changed, please have that information ready to provide to our team members. Depending on your insurance plan, you may have financial obligations such as co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance just as you would for an in-office visit (at the present time, the government has only waived co-pays related to COVID-19 testing).
