What is Infini?

Infini is one of the newest and fastest treatments designed for sagging skin. Not only can this laser treatment reduce sagging on the face, but it also works to rejuvenate the skin. You can arrange for treatments of multiple areas of your body in one appointment.

The most common recommendation for those dealing with sun damaged skin in the past was laser resurfacing. Doctors also used chemical peels to reduce the appearance of sun damaged skin and allow healthier skin to take its place. Those procedures were also effective in reducing the appearance of brown spots on the skin and wrinkles. If you still suffered from sagging skin during these times, you also went through a facelift.

The Infini system uses radio frequency to get rid of your problems and get you back on your feet again quickly. It improves scars caused by acne and other problems, fine lines, wrinkles, dark spots on the skin and sagging skin.

Are Infini treatments painful?

The level of discomfort you feel after an Infini procedure is fairly low, especially when you compare it to other types of procedures. In years past, after undergoing C02 laser resurfacing, you might spend weeks hiding out at home, changing the bandages on your skin, dealing with peeling skin and waiting for your skin to heal. After going through an Infini procedure, patients are generally ready to resume their normal activities after just two days. Though you will notice some redness and some minor swelling, you won’t need to bandage your face.

Patients going through other aggressive laser procedures often take a medication designed to make them feel more relaxed and less anxious. The only thing you need prior to an Infini treatment is the application of some numbing cream. Most patients feel so comfortable that they finish up their Infini treatments quickly and easily. One reason why alternative procedures feel so painful is because the machines and equipment cannot target one layer or area of the skin.

The equipment penetrates deep into the skin, which leads to patients feeling extremely uncomfortable and in a lot of pain. Infini systems use tiny needles that can target one specific layer or portion of the skin without affecting the skin underneath or around that area. Our physicians can also adjust how deep those needles go into the skin to reduce the pain that patients feel. Infini is one of the only procedures that doctors can customize based on the needs of their patients

New safety policies for patients:

  • Patients will undergo screening questions and receive comprehensive instructions about our new policies prior to their appointment.
  • To minimize contact, we will offer patients virtual check in and check out.
  • Patients will be instructed to come to the office wearing a mask.
  • Patient temperatures will be checked via forehead scanners upon arrival to the office.

Patients will be contacted via text message or phone call when the provider is ready for the visit to begin.
  • We are asking for patients to arrive at their appointment alone. For children and adult patients who require a caretaker, one adult may accompany the patient.
  • Patients who are sick or have had exposures to COVID-19 will be rescheduled.
  • Offices will be cleaned and disinfected frequently throughout the day.
  • Teledermatology appointments remain available for patients who prefer to be seen virtually.
