Hair loss in women.

I’m a 39-year-old woman and ever since having children I’ve been losing hair and it’s been getting thinner and thinner. It’s particularly noticeable at my hairline. I would like to improve it, but do I first need to determine the cause of the hair lose?
Sometimes such hair loss is due to either anemia or thyroid issues. Most commonly the loss in hair is due to small hormonal shifts. The hair loss can be improved with a variety of methods including red LED light.
